How do I use the app?
Open the app each day to receive your question. Read it carefully, write your answer, and let it go. Your answer is not saved—it exists only in the moment.
Can I retrieve my previous answers?
No. Your answers are not saved, synced, or recoverable. This is intentional. The value is in the act of answering, not in revisiting past responses.
How do I change my question preferences?
Go to Settings in the app to customize your question theme, notification times, and other preferences. Some features require Quiet Plus subscription.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription through your device's App Store settings (iOS) or Google Play settings (Android). In the app, go to Settings → Subscription to restore purchases or get more information.
I'm experiencing technical issues. What should I do?
